Clément Viktorovitch, known online as Clemovitch, is a French political scientist and author who explains rhetoric and analyses political speeches.[1][2][3] His book Le Pouvoir rhétorique won the Prix étudiant du Livre Politique LCP in 2022.[4][5] By February 2022, it had sold more than 62,000 copies.[4]
He completed his political science doctorate at Sciences Po Paris in 2013 on parliamentary debates. He had a daily column on Clique from September 2019 to June 2021 and worked on Entre les lignes on France Info from August 2021 until his departure in May 2024.[1]
Books and theatre
Seuil published Le Pouvoir rhétorique in October 2021.[6] From late 2023, he performed the one-man play L'art de ne pas dire, which he co-wrote with director Ferdinand Barbet.[7][1] The pair's book of the same name appeared in September 2024.[8] His book Logocratie followed in October 2025.[9]

He began streaming on Twitch in December 2021.[1] For the 2022 French presidential election, he helped create and broadcast a political tabletop role-playing game with FibreTigre and France Info.[10][1] The first episode of Game of Rôles: Les Deux Tours aired on 12 January 2022.[11] By April 2024, he was presenting the press-review stream Café Rhétorique three times a week.[12] That year, he and mistermv were named co-patrons of the Frames Festival in Avignon.[12][1]
