musty, also known as Wyatt, is a Rocket League creator who shared the Musty Flick on Reddit in 2016. Asked what to call it, he jokingly suggested his own name; his first YouTube video then taught viewers how to perform it.[1]
He practised mechanics in Free Play and watched tutorials while trying to match SquishyMuffinz. Creating videos also meant teaching himself to record and edit clips. He kept the original tutorial online to show how the channel started, despite disliking his early delivery. In a March 2020 interview, he said most videos took him between 15 and 30 hours to make.[1]
Musty's Garage
Rocket League released his six-item Garage bundle in December 2021. He had chosen its customization items himself. The selection paired a lime-painted Octane with items including the first painted Poof goal explosion.[2]
In July 2022, he chose reaching one million subscribers as his favorite Rocket League memory and named fast aerials as the hardest mechanic he had learned.[3]
