About
Billal Hakkar, known as RebeuDeter and Billy, is a creator who organized the DTR Fight boxing gala.[1] The event drew more than 30,000 spectators to Paris La Défense Arena and 1.2 million viewers on Twitch on December 7, 2024.[1] He fought GregMMA on the card and lost by unanimous decision.[1][2]
RadioDeter and Flashland
He first gained attention for humorous Twitter posts in 2015. He launched RadioDeter in 2019 as a live call-in show where viewers shared anecdotes. His GTA V roleplay broadcasts on the Flashland server in 2020 and 2021 included collaborations with AmineMaTue.[1]
The two introduced Place de la paix in December 2022 to help streamers address online harassment. The tool allowed them to share lists of banned users.[1]
GP Explorer races
Billy teamed up with rapper Kekra for GP Explorer 2 on September 9, 2023. He returned to the competition alongside SCH for GP Explorer: The Last Race in October 2025.[1]
