About
Mason Lanier, better known as Symfuhny, built his streaming career around shooters including H1Z1, Fortnite and Call of Duty: Warzone. He competed for NRG before becoming a free agent in 2020.[1]
Joining and leaving NRG
Lanier announced his NRG signing in March 2019 by spelling out the organization's name with blocks in Fortnite's Creative Mode.[2] His contract ended after an eighteen-month stint. In his September 1, 2020 announcement, he said the previous day had been his last with the organization.[1]
Warzone results in 2020
By then he had moved much of his attention to Warzone. In May, his squad with HusKerrs, TeePee and DougisRaw set a four-player match record with 121 kills. He also finished second in October's Twitch Rivals Warzone Streamer Showdown 4.[3] In August of that year, he won Twitch Rivals Warzone Streamer Showdown 3 with HusKerrs and cloakzy.[3]
