About

Trick2g is Timothy Foley, a League of Legends streamer whose play with Udyr brought him into discussions about the champion’s redesign.[1]

Riot's Udyr consultation

Riot Games consulted him during development of the 2022 Udyr update.[1] Champion designer Stash Chelluck said Trick2g became involved after the early stages, when the team had already been working with other experienced Udyr players.[1]

His League of Legends strategy includes split pushing, which he calls "opening the gates".

Fundraising with the 2GArmy

Stack Up reported in February 2016 that Trick2g and the 2GArmy had held a 24-hour Thanksgiving charity stream. They raised several thousand dollars for the organization.[2]

The community also helped arrange a gaming computer for a veteran through its contacts at CyberPower PC.[2] Speaking to Direct Relief in 2019, Foley credited his mother with teaching him to give and share.[3] He said viewers rallied behind charity broadcasts, and credited the community for the money it contributed.[3]
