About

Dominick Green, known as UnknownxArmy, is a Fortnite controller player who won the NA East squad finals of Fortnite Championship Series Chapter 2 Season 1 in December 2019.[1][2] His teammates were Avery, Stable Ronaldo and Vanguard KEZ.[2] Earlier that year, he qualified for the Fortnite World Cup playing with a controller.[1]

Qualifying on a controller

Green took second place in week three of the NA East qualifiers without winning a single match. Through the first four weeks of qualifying, he was the only controller player to secure a place in the finals.[1]

His ambition to play professionally began with Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, when he enjoyed performing trick shots like FaZe Clan. He had started playing Fortnite on PlayStation 4 in February 2018, then earned enough from one-on-one wager matches to buy a gaming computer. Even after switching to a computer, he continued to use a controller, as he explained in a May 2019 interview.[1] In the same interview, he described an aggressive style of play and named ZexRow as his favorite player.[1]
