About
Calango is a streamer who played professional Fortnite. Balela, a podcast credited to him and ZeRO, has had guests including Cellbit.[1][2]
W7M's Fortnite signing
W7M signed him in 2019 for a lineup that included Blackoutz and Nicks.[1] The announcement described plans for regular training at W7M's arena in São Paulo, and Calango said he wanted to improve alongside the other players.[1] He told ESPN in February 2019 that livestreams remained his priority and that he could train while broadcasting.[3]
Balela's role-playing sessions
Balela episode 130 featured Cellbit and advertised an Ordem Paranormal game led by Della, the project's co-writer.[2] Calango also created Sacramento, a tabletop campaign set in the Old West.[4] Its cast included ZeRO as Horácio and Cinemagrath as Gaspar. Sessions were broadcast on Balela and uploaded to YouTube.[4]
Access to streaming
At Brasil Game Show in October 2023, he identified access to affordable equipment as a major hurdle for new gaming creators, but noted that powerful phones had made streaming more accessible.[5]
