About

Sam Oh, known in competition as s0m, is a VALORANT player who won VALORANT Champions Paris with NRG in 2025.[1][2] The team went undefeated and beat FNATIC in a five-map final.[2] He streams on Twitch as s0mcs.[3]

From Gen.G to NRG

Before VALORANT, Oh played Counter-Strike: Global Offensive for Gen.G. By February 2020, the team had won DreamHack Open Anaheim without dropping a map. They beat FURIA 2-0 in the final. Oh was the tournament MVP and made 50 kills across the two final maps. Gen.G won Nuke before taking Inferno in overtime to secure the trophy.[4]

He joined NRG's VALORANT team in October 2020 and placed fourth at Masters Tokyo in 2023. He took a break for content creation after that season and returned with Pujan "FiNESSE" Mehta in 2024. The team missed Champions that year.[2]

After the 2025 title, Oh announced another break from competition in October. He said the decision was not necessarily permanent.[2]
