About

Anna Cramling is a Spanish-Swedish chess player and streamer who received the Woman FIDE Master title in 2018.[1][2] She won Best Strategy Game Streamer at the 2024 Streamer Awards. In 2023, she introduced a chess opening called the Cow.[1]

Cramling is the daughter of grandmasters Pia Cramling and Juan Manuel Bellón López.[1] She grew up in Spain and moved to Sweden with her family at eleven. She represented Sweden at the 2016 Chess Olympiad in Baku.[3] At the 2026 Olympiad, she played on Sweden's fourth board.[4]

She began streaming chess on Twitch in 2020. Chess.com invited her to commentate on the 2020 Women's World Chess Championship match.[5] In January 2021, she joined Panda Global as its first chess streamer. Her YouTube channel has featured a game against Hikaru Nakamura, who played blindfolded.[6]

Cramling took part in the Femme Batale charity event in March 2020 alongside Alexandra Botez, Anna Rudolf and Jennifer Shahade.[6] She and Wirtual held a charity stream for the Swedish Cancer Society in October 2025.[7]
