Adam Lyne makes Old School RuneScape videos and streams under the name B0aty.[1][2] He won Best Live Stream Series and Lifetime Achievement at the 2014 Golden Gnome Awards.[3] His RuneScape play has included player-versus-player combat and a self-sufficient account.
Macmillan fundraising
By August 2014, Lyne had raised £50,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support during two 12-hour charity streams.[4][2] Jagex reported that 657 people donated to the fundraiser.[2] The Lifetime Achievement award later recognised his livestreams and support for the charity.[3] ITV identified Lyne as a gamer from Sale in Greater Manchester.[4]
Deadman events and podcast
He joined Mods Ayiza and Sween for an Official OSRS Podcast episode recorded on September 30, 2025.[5] In February 2026, Jagex named B0aty and PureSpam as the planned commentators for the next day's Deadman: Annihilation final.[6] On June 20, 2026, he competed in Deadman All Stars in Chicago as part of the winning Dino Nuggets team.[7]
