About

Elxokas left video editing for full-time streaming. Born Joaquín Domínguez Portela in Lugo, Spain, he studied advertising and marketing in Salamanca before taking postgraduate training in Madrid. He then worked as a video editor for Real Madrid.[1][2]

From editing to World of Warcraft

He started broadcasting on Twitch on January 8, 2018, while still working in post-production.[3] He describes experience in effects, colour grading and motion graphics.[4] In 2019, he left his job to concentrate on streaming World of Warcraft. His broadcasts later included other games and conversations with viewers.[5]

In January 2022, he won the breakthrough-streamer category at the ESLAND Awards and reached the final of Squid Craft Games, a Minecraft competition, where he lost to OllieGamerZ.[1]

Commercial work

His food business, Knoweats, sells prepared meals online.[4][6] In July 2026, Burger King ended a promotional partnership following his on-stream comments. He said the exchange was a joke with a regular viewer and described the separation as amicable.[7][8]
