About
JERICHO is a gaming creator who co-created Mianite, a Minecraft multiplayer series that debuted in May 2014, with Syndicate.[1] CaptainSparklez and Sonja Reid later joined them, and the series returned for a second season in 2015.[1][2]
Born William Tucker Boner, he began uploading gaming videos and skits to YouTube in 2009 while still in high school. He graduated from Friends School of Baltimore in 2011 and went on to the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He joined Ustream in 2011, then moved his broadcasts to Twitch.[1] He also co-founded TheRace, a gaming fundraiser for the Call of Duty Endowment, and was named to Forbes's 2018 30 Under 30 gaming list.[3][1]
Music for online creators
Boner launched NIGHTMODE in November 2019 with Daniel Goudie of Disciple Records, in partnership with Insomniac Music Group.[1] He explained that the label grew from his search for good music to use in online content without risking copyright takedowns. NIGHTMODE released a Counter-Strike music kit with Knock2's Dashstar* in August 2022.[4]
