About
Rafael Knittel, known as Rakin, is a variety streamer and former professional League of Legends AD carry and mid laner.[1][2]
Before joining Big Gods, he had played mid lane for CLG Black in the United States and AD carry for JAYOB.[1] In Brazil, he played for Big Gods in 2016 and paiN Gaming in 2017, and held a starting role at CNB e-Sports Club.[2] Team Liquid announced him as a streamer and Academy substitute in December 2018.[3]
Diablo and tabletop games
On June 8, 2023, he became the first Brazilian player to reach level 100 in Diablo IV hardcore mode.[2] The successful run followed an earlier attempt in which his Druid died at level 50, so he had to start again.[2]
Rakin also has his own tabletop role-playing project, Assimilação RPG, which Team Liquid features alongside his livestreams.[4] When he joined the organization, he described wanting viewers to feel like close friends and spoke about interacting with chat during games.[3]
