About

Karina Kozyreva, also called Sharishaxd or Streamer Karina, is a Russian-language streamer who became known for gaming broadcasts in which a synthesized voice read out viewers' donation messages and she replied to their insults.^[1]^[2]^[3]

Her first Twitch video appeared in August 2015.^[3] By May 2016, Dota 2 accounted for most of her streams. She also broadcast H1Z1: King of the Kill and played World of Warcraft away from the stream. In an interview with Navigator of the Game World, she explained that conversation mattered most to her broadcasts and that the game provided a background.^[4]

An August 2016 announcement named her as a guest for the pre-show ahead of The International final on Odnoklassniki.^[5]

Photography and video

In an interview published by Afisha Daily in April 2018, Kozyreva said she streamed once or twice a week and spent much of her remaining time on photography. She described editing videos late at night, posting photographs from her trips and recording drone footage.^[6]
