About

ShivFPS is an Apex Legends streamer known for his reactions during matches, including a widely shared clip calling for Lifeline.[1]

He also competed with SoloQGoats and placed third at the 2021 EMEA ALGS Championship while playing Bangalore, a character outside the prevailing competitive meta.[1] By February 2023, Underscore Talent had added ShivFPS to its gaming roster.[2]

Returning to ALGS competition

In November 2023, ShivFPS returned to competitive play in the ALGS Preseason Qualifiers and initially teamed with DiffQ and Xerrifer. He later played alongside Mande and Xerrifer and finished fifth on the overall qualifier leaderboard.[1]

His real name is Shivam Patel. In his Esports.gg interview, he described a thumb injury that had restricted his playing time and explained his decision to decline a Year 3 Pro League invitation. He said he had tried alternative controls and watch parties to continue streaming with less strain on his hands.[1]

Reviewing recordings of his own matches on stream also let him prepare for competition while resting his thumbs.[1]
