About
Nicholas Smorto uses the name Thiefs for his Fortnite content and competitive play.[1][2] He and TypicalGamer won the second Friday Fortnite tournament and its $10,000 prize on May 18, 2018.[3]
He began uploading Call of Duty gameplay and vlogs in high school, continued making content through college and made Fortnite his main game in 2018.
After the Friday Fortnite victory, he said he and TypicalGamer had believed a win was possible if they could beat Ninja and King Richard. He described Daequan and Hamlinz as their toughest opponents.[3] Watching Ninja's growth had encouraged him to pursue streaming professionally, while Tfue and Hamlinz had helped him learn Fortnite gameplay. He said he would consider a competitive offer but enjoyed streaming the game.[3]
By December 2019, he was a member of FaZe Clan.[1] He joined Complexity Gaming in August 2022.
