About
Julien Solomita is a YouTube creator whose move from vlogging to cooking videos led to Aries Kitchen. He built episodes around making food he had never tried or cooked at home, with dishes including chicken sandwiches and a Minecraft lava cake.[1]
Solomita also streams variety content on Twitch, where he is an Ambassador.[2]
YouTube and Jenna Marbles
While studying television production, he worked at a radio station. He credited meeting Jenna Marbles with introducing him to YouTube.[1]
Jenna Marbles and Solomita won YouTube Ensemble at the ninth Shorty Awards in 2017.[3][4] Solomita was also a Vlogger of the Year finalist at those awards.[5] In December 2022, he announced their marriage after nine years of dating.[6]
Voice work in Kristala
Astral Clocktower Studios announced Solomita as the voice of Gustav Gondasa in Kristala in February 2025. The studio described the friendly rodent character as having a questline and introducing a food-crafting mechanic.[7]
