About
Jeffrey Shih, known as Trump and TrumpSC, is a Hearthstone streamer who won the 2013 Blizzard Stream Award for Most Educational Stream.[1][2][3] He explained his plays, the responses he expected and his plans for the following turn.[2] His free-to-play challenges used new accounts and cards earned through play to reach Legend. He also made Arena tier lists to guide card drafting and competed in the first Innkeeper's Invitational at BlizzCon 2013.[2]
Shih graduated from New York University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in management and finance. Around that time, he worked at a bank and streamed StarCraft II in his spare time.[3] His FAQ traces the name Trump primarily to the verb meaning to surpass or outdo.[4]
Razer signed him in October 2013, followed by Team SoloMid in July 2014. He joined Tempo Storm as a player and content creator in March 2017 and left the team in October 2018.[3]
